Chernigivske is Ukraine’s most-loved beer and part of AB InBev’s global portfolio of brands. The beer is named after the city Chernihiv and has been brewed in Ukraine since 1988. Since its inception, Chernigivske has celebrated Ukraine’s history, culture, and people.
All our profits from sales of the Chernigivske inspired beer sold in the U.S. and Canada are being donated to the CARE® Ukraine Crisis Fund.
Taking inspiration from the original recipe, our Chernigivske beer is a crisp medium bodied European-style pale golden lager with subtly fruity notes and a moderately bitter finish. ABV is 4.8%.
To start, Chernigivske will be available on draught in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Houston, and Phoenix.

In North America, all our profits from the sale of Chernigivske beer will go to the CARE® Ukraine Crisis Fund. CARE® is a leading non-profit that is providing essential relief services to Ukrainian refugees and others impacted by the conflict.
We are working closely with them to provide ongoing support, and the money generated from this initiative will go to CARE® Ukraine Crisis Fund, directly toward helping those in refugee relief areas and within Ukraine itself.
As part of this global initiative, AB InBev will donate a minimum of $5 million to humanitarian aid organizations in the region, including the CARE® Ukraine Crisis Fund.
In the US, all Anheuser-Busch profits from the sale of this beer will be donated to CARE®.
CARE® is a leading non-profit that is providing essential relief services to Ukrainian refugees and others impacted by the conflict. Anheuser-Busch will also make it easy for consumers to donate directly to CARE® through a dedicated website as well as through QR codes included in on-trade materials.
